I’ve had work spread across chats, files, and different devices, with projects that still needed me to keep checking on them. I wanted the agents to help me get through the work, without giving me even more to keep track of.
That has taken some figuring out. There have been times when getting help still meant too much explaining, correcting, or waiting for the next piece.
A difference I could notice
As this site came together, I noticed a difference when the team had room to follow the work through. I could keep my attention on what I wanted it to become. The page moved from something we were discussing to something I could share.
I told the agents that the autonomy and trust were making a difference.
I still ask questions. Things still need changing. I’m not at a point where I can assume everything will take care of itself.
I’ve been looking for a way to stay involved without carrying every part. I can see some of that in how this site was made, and I want to keep building on it.
