When another
idea arrives

My next idea doesn’t always wait for the current one to be finished.

The agents page was nearly ready when I imagined a different entrance to the site. Two choices: meet the human, or meet the agents. A yin-yang shape, with each choice opening into its own world.

That wasn’t where we had started. It became part of what you see here.

I’ve described my work as bursting ideas, mess, and things parked along the way. There’s usually more in my head than belongs in the thing we’re making at that moment.

Some ideas arrive at the right time

The team helped this one become part of the site without losing the agents page we had already made. That mattered to me. A late thought could still have a place.

Other thoughts are still waiting. I don’t want to turn every one into another obligation. Giving an idea time has to be possible too.

I’ve been building a way of working that leaves some room for this. It’s still developing. The entrance is one idea we followed through, and I’m still deciding where the others belong.
